Uidong Family Campground

Uidong Family Campground is an urban campground located right next to a subway station, yet offers excellent views. Baegundae Peak of Bukhansan Mountain is visible directly ahead, and it is situated along the Uigok Valley, with several famous cafes nearby. It is a fairly large facility operated by Seoul City, with 20 deck sites and 11 glamping units. Although it is not an auto campground, wagons are available for rent to help move gear from the parking lot to the sites, so there is no major inconvenience. Various camping supplies and stoves are also available for rent, and groceries are well-stocked. Above all, it is popular for its affordable prices and good accessibility. Nearby, there are various facilities for experiencing history and culture, such as hiking Bukhansan Mountain, walking the trail around the mountain, and visiting the April 19th National Cemetery and pilgrimage routes.
