'B2C General Members' refers to consumers who search for and book/pay for travel products, private vehicles/shuttles, guided tours, and admission tickets via holidaykr.com.
Members must provide accurate information in accordance with the sign-up form prescribed by the Company, and any disadvantages arising from providing false information are borne by the member.
B2B partners (suppliers, resellers, affiliate marketers, etc.) are subject to partner.holidaykr.com and separate B2B terms and onboarding review procedures, and are distinct from the B2C membership provisions of these Terms.
The Company is an online mail-order intermediary that connects B2C users and listed partners and is not a party to transactions for individual products registered and sold by partners.
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company bears no civil or criminal vicarious liability or indemnification obligation for any incidents such as errors in product information independently posted by partners, disputes over cancellation fees, local vehicle damage, or personal injury.
However, for '홀리데이투어 직영 패키지 및 전용 셔틀' products for which the Company directly sources vehicles and leads the itinerary in planning and sales, the Company fulfills its statutory obligations under commercial law as the tour organizer.
The platform's design elements, legal notices and policy documents, ski shuttle planned routes, key brand portfolio (Holiday Tour / Holidaykr), and proprietary source code are the Company's exclusive intellectual property.
Users may not, without prior written permission, extract, reproduce without authorization, distribute, or commercially misappropriate the Company's intellectual assets by means of manual or automated programs (crawlers, scrapers, AI training engines, etc.), and violations may be subject to civil and criminal claims for damages.
The copyright in reviews, ratings, photos, videos, and other content that a user directly posts on the platform (the 'User Submissions') belongs to the author.
However, the user agrees to grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to reproduce, edit, translate, publish, and redistribute the User Submissions for platform marketing and increased exposure.
Inappropriate posts that defame others or infringe copyrights may be removed immediately without notice.
For B2C travel products, the Company's cancellation and refund handling follows mandatory consumer protection rules, the Korea Fair Trade Commission Standard Terms and Conditions for Overseas Travel, and the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards where applicable. Any product-specific or partner-specific term that is less favorable to consumers applies only to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
A user may request cancellation without penalty when the user is unable to travel due to a medically verified illness or injury, when the user's spouse or direct ascendant/descendant is hospitalized for three or more days and is unlikely to be discharged before departure, or when a relative within the third degree of kinship dies, provided that reasonable supporting documents such as a medical certificate or family relationship certificate are submitted.
The user and the Company may cancel without penalty where performance becomes substantially difficult due to natural disasters, war, government orders, Ministry of Foreign Affairs travel warning levels 3 or 4, a special travel advisory, or a pandemic-level infectious disease alert recognized by competent authorities.
If damage occurs due to delay, cancellation, or congestion of transportation such as aircraft, trains, ships, buses, shuttles, or chartered vehicles, responsibility is handled according to mandatory law, the applicable transport terms, and the degree of fault of the Company or partner involved in the service.
For checked or entrusted baggage handled by the Company, its guides, drivers, or service partners, loss, damage, or delay is reviewed promptly. Where compensation is required by applicable law or where the responsible party failed to exercise due care, the Company will assist the user with claim handling and partner recourse.
If a travel service has a defect, material itinerary deviation, or unperformed element, the user should notify the Company without delay and may request correction, price reduction, or damages within the legally recognized claim period, including the six-month post-travel period where applicable.
Where the Company acts as an online mail-order intermediary, the product detail page, booking flow, payment confirmation, receipt, or voucher may display that the Company is not the seller or direct service provider for the relevant partner product.
For partner-supplied products, users should review the seller or partner identity, business information, operating conditions, cancellation rules, and emergency contact details shown on the product page, payment page, voucher, or customer-support notice before use.
