Beot Art Museum

Beot Art Museum opened in 2015, designed with barrier-free architecture to ensure accessibility for people with disabilities and the elderly. It is a museum that promotes user convenience so that everyone can easily view exhibitions. As Korea's first museum specializing in the study of outsider art, it highlights the value of art outside the mainstream, leads the expansion of opportunities for art enjoyment and the realization of inclusivity, and contributes to the local community. It offers seasonal art classes for children, exhibition-linked experiential education programs, curator docent tours, and has a small playground, making it suitable for visiting with children. The museum includes an exhibition building, an artist building (residency), and on-site facilities (cafe, restaurant), and also holds various contemporary art exhibitions that are easy for the public to relate to each year.
