King Sejong the Great History Museum

King Sejong the Great History Museum is located in Yeoju, Gyeonggi Province, where the royal tombs of King Sejong the Great (Yeongneung), the 4th ruler of the Joseon Dynasty, and King Hyojong (Yeongneung), the 17th ruler, are situated. The museum features three permanent exhibition halls, one special exhibition hall, a video room, a café, and a storage facility. It is designed to enhance understanding of King Sejong the Great, King Hyojong, and the Joseon royal tombs, and offers a variety of sights and activities to help visitors appreciate the great achievements King Sejong left for his descendants and the spirit of loving the people that underpinned those achievements.
