Haeum Museum of Art

Haeum Museum of Art is Suwon's first private museum, opened in 2013 based on the experience of its founder who has been involved in the art scene. Rather than grand gestures, it opens cultural consensus through small things and serves as a creative art distribution center that meets the needs of local residents. It carries out the mission of discovering and supporting artists with artistic sensibility, as well as various programs that evoke cultural sensitivity in the local community. It collects, researches, preserves, and exhibits traditional paintings and artworks from domestic and international sources, especially from Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Haeum Museum of Art strives to enhance the cultural quality of Suwon citizens through various special exhibitions. Located near Suwon Station, it is convenient to access by public transportation, and there are various bus routes, making it highly accessible to the general public.
