Guri Cultural Center

Established in 1991, Guri Cultural Center collects, investigates, and researches local materials of Guri City, hosts local cultural events, and promotes various cultural projects and living culture and arts projects to revitalize local culture. It also works to preserve disappearing folk games such as Guri Beolmal Bridge Stepping and Guri Village Stories, and to document villages.

Guri Cultural Center operates a cultural school to realize cultural welfare for Guri citizens, provide knowledge of culture and arts, and resolve cultural imbalances between regions.
