Gunpo-si Lifelong Learning Village

Gunpo-si Lifelong Learning Village, which captures the scenery of Surisan Mountain, is an open space where various generations share knowledge and mingle without boundaries as a representative lifelong learning institution of Gunpo-si. Gunpo-si Lifelong Learning Village systematically promotes Gunpo-si's lifelong education policies to realize national lifelong education policies and the lifelong learning city of Gunpo. In addition, it operates various educational programs and projects, including regular lifelong learning in culture, arts, and humanities; education for the new middle-aged generation (ages 40-60) for a second life design during life transitions; adult literacy education for inclusive lifelong learning; a makerspace to prepare for the era of the 4th industrial revolution; and training citizen activists to explore learning-based jobs.
