Kkotme Outdoor Theater is a small outdoor performance venue where various genres of performances such as concerts, plays, and yard plays are held. The Eoulleum Art Museum, located on the first and second floors of Byeolddagi Learning Center, consists of Exhibition Hall 1 and Exhibition Hall 2, presenting both planned exhibitions and rental exhibitions across a wide range of genres including painting, crafts, photography, installation art, and children's experience exhibitions. The Byeolddagi Learning Center, with one basement floor and three floors above ground, is composed of spaces for cultural arts education and various hobby classes and seminars. It is an open space that helps youth and families enjoy healthy leisure and cultural activities through systematic educational programs. Additionally, the Goyang Urban Management Corporation operates the Byeolmuri Stadium, Eoreummalu, Kkotmul Swimming Pool, and Momgwa Maeum Dakeumteo for citizens' daily sports and physical fitness improvement.
