National Women's History Exhibition Hall

The National Women's History Museum is a complex educational and cultural space that spreads the value of gender equality through the establishment and dissemination of Korean women's history. It was established to highlight the roles of women in history and individuals who contributed to historical development, and to serve as a venue for education on women and enhancing the public's awareness of gender equality.

The permanent exhibition at the National Women's History Museum is divided by period and field, featuring stories of contributions to historical development, stories that changed the course of history, painful memories during times of national crisis, and stories of women that awaken the values of human dignity and peace for all humanity. Additionally, this museum is one of the certified institutions for educational donation career experience recognized by the Ministry of Education, operating career exploration programs such as 'I Am a Curator', a visiting women's history exhibition for elementary school students, and a women's history academy for adults.
