Gimpo Cultural Center

Located in Unyang-dong, Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do, Gimpo Cultural Center opened in 1964 and actively promotes cultural projects such as preserving, transmitting, and discovering Gimpo's history and local culture, as well as cultural events and traditional culture education. Major facilities include lecture rooms for cultural school courses, a reference room, and a storage room. Affiliated organizations include the Gimpo Studies Research Institute, which conducts research on local history and culture, and the Gimpo City Folk Arts Preservation Society. Cultural programs include the Gimpo Cultural University cultural courses where one can learn about traditional culture and scholar culture.
