Seongnam Sujeong Library

Seongnam Sujeong Library is a regional hub library in the old city center, striving to enhance citizen satisfaction as a complex cultural space for implementing thick and dense customized reading welfare. It continuously promotes various projects such as resolving the knowledge information imbalance between regions through the old city center reading rate improvement project, supporting reading activities for the knowledge information vulnerable class, life cycle reading programs, and smart library services. Sujeong Library consists of a book stack, cultural classroom, seminar room, reading room, book cafe, literature information room, and electronic information room. Its collection includes general books, children's books, and multicultural books, managing over 300,000 volumes. Cultural courses include cultural classrooms, computer education, reading groups, and special lectures. Cultural classrooms are open to both adults and children, with representative children's courses including creative math, discussion and presentation, and in-depth reading of classics, while adult courses include history storyteller qualification courses and senior education leader qualification courses.
