Located on the site of Icheon City Hall, Icheon Art Hall opened in June 2009 to enhance the leisure and cultural life of Icheon citizens. It is operated by the Icheon Cultural Foundation, established in 2021. The venue spans two basement floors and three above-ground floors, featuring a large performance hall (capacity 1,200), a small performance hall (capacity 451), and an art gallery that can display various works including art, ceramics, and photography. The large performance hall is suitable for diverse genres such as musicals, opera, ballet, and theater, while the small performance hall is ideal for plays, chamber music, and recitals. Practice rooms for dance, choir, theater, ballet, and orchestra are available for both professional artists and citizens. On the first floor, there is a children's playroom and a cafeteria for waiting and relaxing before and after performances. It takes about 13 minutes by car from Sindun IC. It takes about 5 minutes by car from Icheon Station on the Gyeonggang Line and Icheon Bus Terminal, with bus service available from the station to the vicinity. Nearby attractions include Seolbong Park (Gyeonggi Ceramic Museum, Icheon City Museum, Icheon City Woljeon Museum, Seolbong International Sculpture Park, etc.), Sagimakgol Pottery Village, Yes Park, Seongho Lake Lotus Complex, Hantaek Botanical Garden, Jisan Forest Resort Ski Resort, Icheon Termeden, and Deokpyeong Dinosaur Arboretum.
