Praum Musical Instrument Museum is Korea's first Western musical instrument museum, located in Wabu-eup, Namyangju-si. The museum features a classic exterior and operates an outdoor garden with a view of the Han River. The first and second floors consist of permanent exhibition halls, divided into keyboard instrument zone, string instrument zone, and wind instrument zone. It interestingly introduces instruments and stories related to music history masters such as Beethoven, Bach, and Stradivarius. The relics of Lee Heung-ryeol are also on permanent display, and visitors can encounter music materials of over 400 songs including art songs, national songs, and children's songs composed by him. The museum has auxiliary facilities such as a special exhibition hall, education room, concert hall, instrument experience room, and art shop. On the fourth Saturday of every month, a regular concert called 'Saturday Concert' is held, allowing visitors to enjoy both exhibitions and performances. Various educational programs such as 'Humanities on the Road' and vacation programs are operated, and details can be checked on the website. Seasonal theme performances such as Christmas, year-end events, and Wednesday brunch concerts are also held, and the venue can be rented for seminars or concerts.
