Located within the Yongin Cultural Welfare Administrative Town, the Maru Hall of the Culture and Arts Center opened in 2005 to enhance the leisure and cultural life of Yongin citizens. It has been operated by the Yongin Cultural Foundation, established in 2011. The Culture and Arts Center is a four-story above-ground and one-story below-ground building with a total area of 1,978m², housing the Yongin Cultural Foundation and various affiliated organizations, as well as a performance hall, exhibition rooms, conference rooms, and the Yongin Digital Information Library.
