Yongin City Arts Center Cheoin Hall opened in 1989 to enhance the leisure and cultural life of Yongin citizens. It is operated by the Yongin Cultural Foundation. Built with three floors above ground and one basement level, Cheoin Hall underwent remodeling and reopened as a professional performance venue in December 2017. It is a mid-sized premium performance hall with 626 seats, equipped with state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, enabling performances of various genres. Additionally, it provides convenience for visitors with a café, rest areas, and universal restrooms accessible to people with disabilities, children, and pregnant women. Other facilities include a multipurpose room, practice rooms, and a large practice room in the annex. Various cultural events, film screenings, performances, and concerts are frequently held at Cheoin Hall. It is approximately 8 minutes from Yongin IC, about 2 minutes by car from Everline Gimnyangjang Station, and a 15-minute walk (767m). Nearby attractions include Everland, Korean Folk Village, Korea Job World, UNESCO World Heritage Site Yungneung and Geolleung, Mulhyanggi Arboretum, Yongin Rural Theme Park, and Deokpyeong Dinosaur Arboretum.
