Yongin Cultural Center

Located in Yongin City Cultural Welfare Administrative Town, the Yongin Cultural Center is dedicated to preserving and developing Yongin's local history, culture, and regional heritage. It engages in the discovery of local historical materials, cultural education, local cultural festivals, and projects for the advancement of culture and arts. Established in 1957 under the Local Cultural Center Promotion Act, the Yongin Cultural Center moved to its current location in 2017. The center is equipped with facilities such as a local history archive, lecture rooms, an auditorium/theater, meeting rooms, a reference room, and an exhibition hall, and operates various cultural events and educational programs.
