Yeoju Cultural Center

Yeoju Cultural Center is a place dedicated to preserving and developing the local culture and history of Yeoju. It engages in discovering and preserving local historical materials, and carries out regional cultural events, cultural education activities, and projects to revitalize living culture and arts. Established in 1970 under the Local Cultural Center Promotion Act, Yeoju Cultural Center moved to its current location in 2012. The center is equipped with a local exhibition hall, lecture rooms, meeting rooms, a library, and a theater, and operates various cultural events and educational programs. It takes about 9 minutes by car from Yeoju Station on the Gyeonggang Line. It is adjacent to Silleuksa Temple, and nearby attractions include the Sejong the Great Royal Tomb, Hyojong the Great Royal Tomb, Yeoju Premium Outlets, Pasaseong Fortress, Moka Museum, Yeoju Insect Museum, and Hwangpo Sailboat.
