Anyang Children's Astronomical Observatory

Anyang Children's Astronomical Observatory is a private astronomical education institution located near Gwangmyeong Station. It provides an environment where celestial observation is relatively easy even in the city center, and operates space science education programs primarily for elementary school students, as well as for preschoolers and families. Under the slogan 'Children who know the stars deepen their thoughts,' it focuses on enhancing understanding and interest in astronomy through regular classroom lessons and one-day experience classes. Facilities include a 4.5m circular observation dome installed on the rooftop and various astronomical observation equipment. It is about 4 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot from Gwangmyeong Station (KTX), offering good accessibility, and convenient public transportation via nearby subway and bus routes.
