Hyundai Ceramic Culture Center

Hyundai Ceramic Culture Center is a traditional culture experience learning center located in Hwaak-ri, Gapyeong-gun, the only clean area in Gyeonggi Province, offering pottery, tea ceremony, etiquette education, and more. The main building, covering a total area of about 3,000 pyeong, has two floors with 8 classrooms, an exhibition hall, a tea ceremony room, an auditorium, and a dining hall. It also has a playground of about 2,000 pyeong, and the Hwaak Stream flowing alongside the playground is an upstream of the Bukhan River, boasting beautiful scenery and unpolluted water quality, preserving its natural state. Visitors can experience traditional culture such as pottery, tea ceremony, and traditional (daily) etiquette up close while enjoying the scent of soil and grass.
