Gyeonggi Arts Center is a comprehensive performance venue located in Paldal-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do. The basic plan and design competition began in 1984, it opened as Gyeonggi Cultural and Arts Center in 1991, and in 2020, it changed its name to Gyeonggi Arts Center and Gyeonggi Arts Troupe, simultaneously transforming into an anti-authoritarian open space. Gyeonggi Arts Center was established to revitalize local culture and arts and provide diverse cultural benefits to residents, as a place where art comes alive, breathes with society, and daily life becomes art. It includes the Happy Grand Theater, Cozy Small Theater, Dreaming Convention Center, Exciting Outdoor Performance Hall, Shining Gallery, and Small Gallery.
