Suwon Outdoor Music Hall

Suwon Outdoor Music Hall is the largest outdoor music hall in Korea, built by Samsung Electronics and donated to Suwon City, equipped with the latest cutting-edge sound systems. It features fixed seating and a grass plaza that can accommodate over 15,000 people, greatly contributing to the cultural enrichment of Suwon citizens. Inside the building, there are dedicated practice rooms for the Suwon City Symphony Orchestra and the Suwon City Choir, dressing rooms, and lounges. The stage, spanning about 80 pyeong, is equipped with sound panel structures and lighting facilities suitable for various performances, and 19 outdoor speakers made of the latest Teflon material provide high-quality sound. Combined with the tent structure of each hall and the subwoofers, visitors can enjoy premium music with optimal acoustics anywhere on the grass plaza. The building, which won the Korean Architecture Culture Award, boasts a very beautiful exterior.
