Major projects include the Daeboreum Folk Games Festival, the King Jeongjo Royal Procession Pilgrimage, humanities and history exploration tours, 'Let's Play at Hwaseong Fortress in Straw Shoes,' the Suwon Hwaseong Fortress Construction Experience, planned performances, and the New Year's Eve Bell-Ringing Ceremony. The center also dedicates significant efforts to discovering local history and preserving and transmitting local culture, as well as organizing cultural and artistic events. By taking a leading role in the restoration of Suwon Hwaseong Fortress, the root of Suwon, it laid the foundation for its registration as a UNESCO World Heritage site, contributing to Suwon's development as a cultural tourism city and greatly influencing the formation of Suwon's modern cultural scene.
