This is a campaign-style festival that recognizes the eco-friendly efforts of Gwangmyeong Cave, which regenerates abandoned industrial facilities into cultural spaces and leads resource circulation, as well as the seriousness of global warming, aiming to establish and spread a national green consumption culture.
