Why travelers stop here
Located within Gonjiam Resort, this ski slope is the largest in the Seoul metropolitan area. The 'Ski House,' consisting of two floors above ground and one basement level, is equipped with all convenient facilities for skiing, including ski rental, ski lockers, repair shop, storage room, restaurant, and infirmary. It operates a dual rental system that minimizes the movement path for renting ski and snowboard equipment. On the first floor of the Ski House, you can submit an application by scanning a QR code or using a mobile app, put on boots and a helmet, then take the escalator to the second floor. At the equipment distribution desk located just before entering the slope base, plates sized to fit the customer are prepared. This rental system was first introduced in Korea by Gonjiam Resort in 2012 to allow customers to rent equipment lightly and comfortably and use the slopes. Additionally, it implements Korea's first time-based lift ticket system. The 2, 4, and 6-hour lift tickets, which allow reasonable use without waste, can be started at the desired time upon arrival at the ski resort and enjoyed as much as you want. There is also a sledding hill where children can have fun, and you can receive lessons from top-notch instructors by selecting a ski/snowboard lesson curriculum suited to your level.
