Hyundai Premium Outlet SPACE1 is Korea's first gallery-type outlet, combining cultural and artistic elements such as an art museum and park with the existing suburban outlet concept. It features MOKA Garden (MOKA Library, MOKA Play, Jaime Hayon Garden) designed by world-renowned designer Jaime Hayon, Art Square (Choi Jeong-hwa's The Star) with works by top Korean artists, and Cube Square (Shim Jae-hyun's Carnivalia 2020). It also enhances experiential tenants with spaces designed for spending time, including MOKA Garden, Heendy House (Pet Park), Trampoline Bounce, Megabox, Sports Club, and Book Cafe. Key spaces include Water Square, Cube Square, Art Square, Cooking Terrace, Sports Club, and Camping Garden, housing international fashion brands and domestic and international brands including Nike and Adidas Factory Store. Heendy House (Pet Park), located on the rooftop of Building B, spans about 400 pyeong and features a medium and small dog exercise area, agility equipment, a photo zone for taking pictures with pets, and a rest area for guardians. Additional pet-related services include Coco Square, a total pet shop on the first floor, and Dog Lounge, a pet-friendly rest area on the second floor of Building A.
