The menu consists only of duck roast, and the sulfur-fed duck sprinkled with salt is grilled over charcoal and served with lettuce, perilla leaves, and peppers grown in the restaurant's own garden. After the meal, a porridge made by boiling mung beans in a broth extracted from duck bones is provided.
