All of Bishop's baked goods are made with basic ingredients such as whole wheat flour, organic rye, brown rice flour, and almond flour. They are generously filled with organic vegetables, fruits, and nuts, making them nutritious and gentle on the stomach. Additionally, they use organic unrefined cane sugar instead of white sugar for sweetness.
