Why travelers stop here
Saridang is a hanok (traditional Korean house) cafe located at Sarian-gil, Seotan-myeon, Pyeongtaek-si. After passing through the stone wall path at the cafe entrance, you will see an ivory-colored building where you can order and pick up your menu, then enjoy it in the hanok building. In the middle of the front yard, there is a water garden that looks like a pond, and through the large windows, this garden is visible from anywhere inside the cafe. There are also spacious outdoor table seats and a room prepared for group gatherings, making it good for quietly enjoying a drink with family. They sell coffee, tea, and gelato, and in line with the hanok concept, desserts such as yakgwa (honey cookies), tteok (rice cakes), and yanggaeng (red bean jelly) are prepared.
