Jungmisan Makguksu is a makguksu specialty restaurant located in Okgcheon-myeon, Yangpyeong. It has been in operation since its opening in 1995, and was selected by Yangpyeong County as a restaurant that will continue for 100 years. The menu features makguksu made with fresh buckwheat noodles, including perilla oil makguksu, bibim makguksu, and water makguksu. Side dishes include boiled pork slices served as a topping for makguksu and crispy, savory mung bean pancakes. They use homemade perilla oil, and seasonal menu items include warm perilla seed buckwheat kalguksu and dwaejiguk (pork soup) with rice in winter. Buckwheat noodle cooking water is provided as drinking water. There may be a wait on weekends. Free parking is available in front of the restaurant.
