Why travelers stop here
A kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup) specialty restaurant located in Yangju-si, Gyeonggi-do. The building's exterior and interior are designed in the style of a traditional Korean hanok. Various menu items are available, including bajirak kalguksu (clam kalguksu), nakji haemul kalguksu (octopus and seafood kalguksu), gaetchon kaljjambbong (spicy seafood noodle soup), saeal patjuk (red bean porridge with rice cake balls), pat kalguksu (red bean kalguksu), gamjajeon (potato pancake), sonmandu (handmade dumplings), naengmilguksu (cold wheat noodles), and guksan seoritae kongguksu (soybean noodle soup made with Korean black soybeans). The noodles are 100% homemade, made from fresh dough prepared in-house. Live clams sourced directly from the origin are delivered every dawn, and a rich broth simmered for about 4 hours is served. The noodles, vegetables, and broth are provided separately, allowing customers to cook them directly at the table. There is a parking lot in front of the restaurant, making parking convenient.
