Udon Ilbonga

Udon Ilbonga is a Japanese handmade udon specialty restaurant located near Sangchon Elementary School in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province. The small restaurant has about six tables and is narrow enough that strollers cannot enter. The udon noodles are made from dough prepared with high-quality flour, water, and sea salt, aged through primary and secondary high- and low-temperature processes over two days, giving the noodles a lively texture.
