Gamasil Camping Ground

Gamasil Camping Ground is located in Jajak-dong, Jecheon-si, Chungcheongbuk-do. It is approximately 17km from Jecheon City Hall, and can be reached by driving along Cheongpungho-ro, Bukbu-ro, and Uibyeongdae-ro in sequence. The travel time is about 20 minutes. This site is adjacent to a reservoir, allowing visitors to enjoy fishing along with camping. The camping ground has 31 auto camping sites. The site sizes and numbers are: 3m wide by 3m long deck sites (6), 3m wide by 6m long deck sites (5), and 7m wide by 6m long crushed stone sites (20). Fire pits and electricity are available. Personal trailers and caravans are allowed, and the usage fee is the same as for auto camping. Additionally, the management office provides free fire pit rentals. The camping ground operates year-round without breaks, and reservations can only be made by phone. Pets are not allowed.<br>Around the camping ground, there are tourist attractions such as Uirimji and Gyodong Minhwa Village, making it possible to combine sightseeing. Nearby, there is a specialized rib restaurant where you can enjoy the distinctive flavors of pork ribs and hanwoo (Korean beef) galbisal (rib meat).
