Gabojung 4th Branch

Located near Dongcheon Station on the Shinbundang Line, Gabojung 4th Branch is the Yongin direct branch of Gabojung, one of Suwon's top three galbi restaurants. Run by CEO Kim Oe-soon, who became the first national food master in Korea for grilled ribs (gari-gui), this place is popular for family meals and gatherings.

Gabojung 4th Branch's signature menu is seasoned hanwoo (Korean beef) galbi. In addition, you can enjoy various grilled items such as hanwoo or American raw galbi, and chadolbegi (brisket). You can also taste hanwoo yukhoe (raw beef), galbi-tang (rib soup), doenjang-jjigae (soybean paste stew), mul-naengmyeon (cold noodles in broth), bibim-naengmyeon (spicy cold noodles), and other side dishes or standalone menu items, as well as a full table d'hôte set served as a weekday lunch special. Gabojung uses the family's secret ingredient, cheoncho (Japanese pepper), to remove any unpleasant smell, and its sauce includes blended pineapple, giving the galbi a sweet flavor.
