Gangseo Myeonok

Opened in 1979, this buckwheat noodle specialty restaurant has maintained its tradition for over 40 years. It uses buckwheat from Bongpyeong, Gangwon-do—the homeland of buckwheat—to make fresh noodles by hand, and the clear dongchimi broth is seasoned to complement the refreshing and clean taste of hanwoo brisket broth, creating a light and savory summer delicacy. The texture is soft and the flavor is not overpowering, making it enjoyable for both children and the elderly. The side dishes, including the tangy Yeosu Dolsan mustard kimchi and pickled radish, enhance the taste when added to the noodles.
