Sirang Myeonok

Sirang Myeonok is a Pyongyang naengmyeon (cold noodle) restaurant located in Wolpi-dong, Sangnok-gu, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do. Its signature menu items are Pyongyang mul naengmyeon (cold noodle soup) and Pyongyang bibim naengmyeon (spicy cold noodles). You can choose between the broth made with meat broth (beef soup) plus dongchimi (radish water kimchi) or just the meat broth (beef soup). The meat broth (beef soup) with dongchimi is characterized by a cool and clean taste, while the plain meat broth (beef soup) has a strong savory flavor. In addition, they serve pa bulgogi (scallion bulgogi), suyuk (boiled pork slices), and hanwoo gomtang (Korean beef bone soup). The interior of the restaurant is clean.
