Nakwon Ganjang Gejang

Nakwon Ganjang Gejang is a gejang specialty restaurant located in Hyeonsu-dong, Anseong-si, Gyeonggi-do. Its signature menu is flower crab soy sauce marinated crab (gejang) made with spring flower crabs from Yeonpyeongdo. It is characterized by a savory, umami-rich flavor that is not too salty. In addition, it offers seasoned crab (yangnyeom gejang), dried barley yellow corvina (bori gulbi), marinated shrimp (saeujang), flower crab mixed rice (kkotge beombeok), flower crab stew (kkotge-tang), braised monkfish (agwi-jjim), and stone crab marinated in soy sauce (dolgejang). A lunch special set menu is also available, featuring the main dish served with rice cooked in a pot (sotbap). The interior is spacious and comfortable, with both table seating and traditional floor seating. Parking is available in front of the restaurant.
