Pungcheonga

Pungcheonga is a specialty restaurant serving Pungcheon eel. It is a direct sales outlet for Pungcheon eel raised in Gochang seawater, and is the Seoul metropolitan area direct sales store of Gochang Geumdan Yangman, which has 35 years of tradition. It insists on only the highest quality Pungcheon eel shipped directly from the production area, and serves it only as salted grilled eel to deliver the original taste of eel. Pungcheonga's eel boasts a savory and light flavor, with a chewy texture and umami. Also, because it uses charcoal, the oil is removed and the flavor deepens, which is the secret to Pungcheonga's eel taste. The interior is spacious with 300 seats, and group reservations are possible. Reservations are available for groups of 15 or more on weekdays, and reservation service is not provided on weekends and public holidays.
