Hwangchonjip

Hwangchonjip is a buckwheat noodle specialty restaurant located before crossing the Choji Bridge to Ganghwado Island. It is a renowned restaurant featured on TV programs such as <VJ Special Forces>, <Saengsaeng Information>, and <Live Broadcast Today's Dinner>. Upon entering the restaurant, the entire interior is decorated with wood, giving a warm feeling. The main menu includes set meals served with buckwheat noodles and barley rice, accompanied by webfoot octopus or pork belly. Additionally, you can order individual dishes such as king short rib soup, pork cutlet, shrimp tempura, and cold noodles. While some other establishments use wood vinegar, which is harmful to the human body, to create a wok flavor when stir-frying, this restaurant does not use any wood vinegar that is harmful to customers' health.
