Seonbi Mukjip

Seonbi Mukjip is a mung bean jelly (muk) specialty restaurant located in Hakui-dong, Uiwang-si, Gyeonggi-do. The signature menu is the Mukjeongsik S, which comes with a vegetable salad, LA galbi, jaengban guksu (cold noodles on a platter), acorn jeon (pan-fried acorn cakes), and perilla seed sujebi (hand-torn dough soup). The A set meal, which includes smoked duck instead of LA galbi, is also popular. Additionally, single menu items such as dotorimukbap (acorn jelly rice), dotorisujebi (acorn dough soup), and dotorimukmuchim (seasoned acorn jelly) are also sold. The restaurant uses no chemical seasonings at all, providing healthy food, and the interior is spacious and pleasant. Both table seating and floor seating are available, and there is a large parking lot in front of the restaurant for convenient access. Baegun Lake is nearby, making it a nice place to explore.
