Damyang Juksoon Chueotang

A chueotang (loach soup) specialty restaurant located in Sangnok-gu, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do. Unlike regular chueotang, which is cooked with a beef leg or half-leg bone broth base, this restaurant uses Damyang bamboo shoot juice, purified water, and traditional soybean paste as the base, and features a large amount of loach, dried radish greens, and fresh young radish leaves, boasting a soft, clean, and savory flavor. When you order chueotang, bossam (boiled pork slices) is served as a complimentary side. Turmeric rice is provided as the rice option.
