Noeun Valley

Noeun Valley is located in Noeun-ri, Pyeongchang-eup, and is a wide valley where the Pyeongchang River flows in an S-shape curve, with abundant water volume. The scenery is outstanding, with occasional sheer cliffs harmonizing with the river. Sandy beaches and pebbles are scattered throughout, making it a suitable place for water play and camping. The river is wide and the water is clear, so there are many native freshwater fish such as mandarin fish, Korean perch, and catfish, as well as freshwater snails, making it a good place for fishing and enjoying nature. Nearby farm stays offer rural experience opportunities such as picking peppers and digging potatoes. However, transportation is still inconvenient because there is no public transportation to Noeun Valley.
