Naesimjeok Valley originates from Yongneup, a small wetland in the northernmost part of Inje County, the cleanest region in the country, and meets Seohwacheon Stream, which flows down from Mount Geumgang and Hyangnobong. Simjeokgol is a place with clear water and beautiful surrounding natural scenery, and it is an unpolluted area where the natural monument, the Manchurian trout, inhabits. There is a circular hiking trail from Naesimjeok Valley toward Suribong Peak, which is used by many hikers.
