A park created along the Hwagang riverside in Gimhwa-eup, Cheorwon-gun. It is the site of the annual Cheorwon Hwagang Daseulgi (freshwater snail) Festival held every summer. Below the Hwagang Gimhwa Bridge, famous for its shuri (Korean shiner) sculptures, the park features water play facilities such as a riverside swimming pool, water slide, water leisure experience area, and water sledding area, along with a performance hall and ecological experience center. A campsite is also established next to the park. Section 3 of the Cheorwon Peace Nuri Trail passes through here, serving as a good resting spot and landmark.
