T&Life

T&Life is an experience farm that extracts essential oils from herbs and flowers grown under the hot sun of Hongcheon, Gangwon-do, and provides rest for the body and mind of visitors through tea-making methods and meditation with the natural fragrance intact. It is mainly operated for experiential learning in connection with schools. As a cooperative farm for nearby schools, students use aromatic herbs and flowers as main ingredients to experience and directly capture the scents and flowers of nature that they usually cannot. To this end, various programs are operated, including certification courses linked to students' career paths. The Herb & Flower Tea Making course includes a beverage experience and completion of the Flower Tea & Tea Sommelier course and the Homemade Syrup Certification course. Tea therapy and tea meditation for modern people tired of daily life provide a time of rest for body and mind. Through tea food experiences, visitors also make and eat flower candy, flower gangjeong, and flower songpyeon. They also make natural cosmetics using herbs, and natural dyeing and color therapy courses using natural colors are also operated. In addition, Korean medicinal herbal tea education that heals diseases through physiological, pathological, and pharmacological analysis is provided. The experience at T&Life will be a pleasant memory that heals our body and mind using the precious assets given by nature.
