A ritual house (jaesil) located in Namchang-dong, Nakdong-ri, Nam-myeon, where ancestral rites are held for Jeon Hun (Seon), the central progenitor of the Jeongseon Jeon clan. It was built in 1919 and covers about 19 pyeong. The hanging plaque (hyeonpan) was written by Jeon Byeong-hun. Other plaques include a framed piece bestowed by Prince Ui-chin (Yi Kang) in 1918, a framed piece written by Prince Yeong-chin (Yi Eun), a construction record by Zhang Renjun, Governor-General of Liangjiang in China, a sangnyangmun (inscription on the ridge beam) by Kim Mun-je, Minister of Revenue (Hojo Champan), a reconstruction record by Jeon Yong-gak, a record of transporting the tombstone stele by Jeon Se-cheol, and a commendation record for the construction of the tombstone pavilion by Jeon Bong-jip. In the garden, there is a tombstone stele (sindobi) inscribed by Prince Ui-chin.
