Why travelers stop here
Near Oho Fishing Village, located in Jukwang-myeon, Goseong-gun, Gangwon-do, is Songjiho Beach, famous for its clear water and fine sand. Not only is the sand fine and widely spread, but Songjiho Beach, which embraces Jukdo, a long island with beautiful scenery, is also an ideal place for tourists, especially families, to enjoy swimming. Oho-ri had several names, one of which was Orijin. In the past, there were five inlets near the village called Songjiho, Geumjiho, Beongae, Beodeonggae, and Hwangpo, so it was called Orori.
