Munsusan Natural Recreation Forest

Located where the Munsu branch of the Baekdudaegan mountain range meets, Munsusan Natural Recreation Forest is surrounded by beautiful natural scenery, making it an ideal space for family travelers seeking a quiet rest in nature. It has a total of 16 units, including forest recreation lodges for 6 to 8 people and detached houses, along with 12 camping decks and convenience facilities such as a barbecue area, water play area, cooking area, and drinking fountains.

However, there is no on-site store, so visitors must prepare personal toiletries and barbecue supplies except for grills. Reservation applications are made through the website every Tuesday at 9 AM for all recreation forest rooms and campsites, and each person can reserve only one facility (room + campsite). Near the recreation forest, there are the top national Baekdudaegan Arboretum and Dadeok Mineral Spring Tourist Site, allowing for combined tourism and recreation.
