Alpaca Gold Farm

Alpaca Gold Farm is an animal experience farm located inside the Mona Yongpyong Ani Forest in Pyeongchang, Gangwon-do. Ani Forest, a compound word of Animal and Forest, meaning a space where animals and forests coexist, offers experiences such as feeding alpacas, sheep, rabbits, goats, and parakeets.

Alpacas are animals mainly distributed in South America and the Andean regions of Chile, Peru, and Bolivia. They are friendly to people due to their sociable and gentle nature and cute appearance. Although they are sometimes misunderstood because of their habit of occasionally spitting, this does not happen unless they are being harassed or in dangerous situations, so you can rest assured. Feed can be purchased from vending machines, and you can also feed rabbits and goats in addition to alpacas. Located on the mid-slope of Mount Balwangsan, the air is clear and it is a good place for a walk. Next to this alpaca farm, there is a spruce forest, a tree rarely seen in Korea, so we recommend exploring it together.
