Starlight Garden

A park located on Hwaaksan Mountain in Gapyeong County, Gyeonggi Province. During the day, visitors can enjoy layered mountain views, and at night, they can stargaze. It is a place with clear mountain air, allowing for vivid stargazing at night. For stargazing, check the weather forecast in advance and go on a day with good weather. Since it is located at a high altitude, temperatures are lower than on the plains and winds are strong, so bring warm winter gear and other supplies. In 2021, it was renamed from 'Ssangji Park' to 'Starlight Park' and facilities were renovated. It is about a 40-minute drive from Jaraseom Island along National Route 391.
