Geumdarae Camping Site

Geumdarae Camping Site is located near the Hwaak 2-ri Community Center in Hwaak-ri, Buk-myeon, Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do. It offers a comfortable resting place like home, embracing a clear and cool valley, and has recently been partially renovated. The campsite operates 12 general camping sites (5 m × 6 m). It is divided into two types: sites along the Hwacheon Stream and general sites, allowing for a comfortable and quiet camping experience with a small number of sites. Sites with shade from large pine trees are popular, and a wooden pavilion installed in the middle is available for use. Wi-Fi is not provided, and reservations can be made by phone, in real-time, or on-site on the same day. The building with the management office has public restrooms, showers, and communal sinks, which are kept clean. A small shop is operated in the management office, but it sells only simple items, so camping-related products should be prepared in advance.
